Precautionary Measures

Over the last few days, we have received numerous messages from our community members about how we are preparing for the Coronavirus and the potential impact it may have on our community. Please be assured that as funeral service professionals, we are fully committed to the health and safety of the families we serve, our community, and our team members.

To help address this developing public health concern, we have instituted specific precautionary measures to help lessen the spread of the virus by:

● Increasing the frequency of deep cleaning our entire facility per CDC guidelines.

● Working with our families to adjust service times and following limitations to attendees as directed by state and local authorities.

● Offering expanded arrangement planning options through online, phone, and email while continuing to meet the needs of the families we serve.

As funeral directors, we are uniquely prepared to respond to this new threat. We pride ourselves on having the most up-to-date information and technology to respond to these changes and are always prepared for any natural disasters or disease situations as they arise.

Our team meets daily to assess the immediate situation and evaluate all updates from the Centers for Disease Control. We are also members of the National Funeral Directors Association, and we follow all their best practices so we may serve our communities with the most professionally trained staff possible.

We will continue to be available to you and our community 24 hours a day. As we serve our families, we will be taking every possible precaution and continue to provide excellent care. Your health, and the health and safety of our team members, is of utmost importance to us as we try to mitigate the effects of this pandemic and limit the amount of disruption to what we know is already an extremely difficult time for families.

While there is still much to learn about this virus, our team members are well trained and prepared to deliver our professional services during your family’s time of need. If there is anything we can do for you, please do not hesitate to call us.

Thank you for your understanding and support during these challenging times.
